The opportunity

We're looking for a key member of the MTF Finance Support Office team that will proactively drive franchisee advancement for success, who will be responsible for growing the franchise business in line with MTF Finance’s strategic direction and business objectives.

Your extensive business, sales and marketing expertise and broad knowledge of the financial services sector will be well utilised in this commercial and strategic role. You will have proven success driving strong commercial performance within franchising and/or business to business-based environments.


Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Relationship management
  • Franchisee performance analysis and evaluation
  • Franchisee alignment to standards and systems
  • Franchisee business advancement
  • Franchisee performance management
  • New franchisee onboarding


The role will be based in the South Island, Dunedin preferred.
