Just some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Working with the customer from the first point of contact, understanding the customer’s needs, adopting the applicable products, and completing the loan documents
  • Completing documentation, ensuring fulfilment of compliance requirements
  • Building customer relationships throughout their loan journey, and creating further opportunities within their networks
  • Advocating for a trusted local brand, contributing to the success of our local community and the MTF Finance network

Your skills and experience:

  • An excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with customers and has a flexible approach when offering lending solutions
  • A proven sales closer, with a strong sales background and work ethic
  • An authentic relationship builder, with the motivation and drive to get out into the community and source new business leads
  • Well-versed in consumer credit with good knowledge of associated legislation (CCCFA & AML/CFT) is advantageous, but not essential
  • A self-managed self-starter in creating opportunities and reaching goals
  • Proficiency in technology, systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • A second language is an advantage
