We are looking for an individual who has a passion for sales, lending, and customer service. This role offers you the opportunity to advance your finance sales career or to start an exciting new direction with a hard-working team.

You will be responsible for providing lending support from the application process through to loan generation. You will have exceptional customer service and sales skills, be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person. You’ll be responsible for managing your own customer base and seek opportunities for new business, as well as supporting other team members. We will support you with the best technology and training available to enable you to fit the right loan to the right person, accurately and responsibly. 

Just some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor incoming phone calls.
  • Collate correct documentation via email and load to Pipedrive CRM.
  • File documents required for Compliance once loan completed.
  • Contact customers whose payments failed and make arrangements to catch up.
  • Fulfil other duties as required by management or other department personnel as requested.

Your skills and experience:

  • A passion for sales and customer service.
  • Excellent relationship building ability.
  • A sound understanding of the lending process.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks. 
  • Bundles of enthusiasm with a professional and friendly manner
  • Community spirit, with an active involvement in the local West Auckland community. 
  • Minimum 4 years’ sales and/or customer service experience.
  • A sound understanding of consumer credit and knowledge of associated legislation (CCCFA & AML/CFT).
  • Previous F&I sales experience advantageous.
