You will be responsible for providing lending support from the application process through to loan generation. You will have exceptional customer service and sales skills, be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
You’ll be responsible for managing your own customer base and seek opportunities for new business, as well as supporting other team members.
We will support you with the best technology and training available to enable you to fit the right loan to the right person, accurately and responsibly.
To be the best for this role you must have;
- A passion for sales and customer service.
- Excellent relationship building ability.
- A sound understanding of the lending process.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Bundles of enthusiasm with a professional and friendly manner
- Minimum 3 years’ sales and/or customer service experience
