What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping Customers – Manage non-performing loan accounts by engaging with customers and working towards positive financial outcomes.
- Building Relationships – Maintain strong connections with customers, ensuring their accounts are well managed and up to date.
- Business Lending – Work directly with business owners to assess loan applications and provide tailored financial solutions that help their businesses grow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in credit management or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working directly with customers and business owners.
- A problem-solver who can work independently and take initiative.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
