What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping Customers – Manage non-performing loan accounts by engaging with customers and working towards positive financial outcomes.
  • Building Relationships – Maintain strong connections with customers, ensuring their accounts are well managed and up to date.
  • Business Lending – Work directly with business owners to assess loan applications and provide tailored financial solutions that help their businesses grow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in credit management or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working directly with customers and business owners.
  • A problem-solver who can work independently and take initiative.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
